There is a Capril group on FaceBook and is limited to the Australia network for this year, we'll see how we go.
So what exactly do you do for Capril? Cape April, shortened to Capril, is all about wearing a cape during your daily routine in April of this year. If anyone asks, you tell them it's to help raise awareness of depression and Beyond Blue. Beyond Blue do great work in supporting those who suffer from depression here in Australia. The Late Richard Marsland, who was part of Get This and Pete and Myf on the Triple M network suffered depression and late last year ended his own life. No one knew until it was too late. So why shouldn't we help Beyond Blue and help Australia learn about depression? So I revived Capril and I hope that it helps.
