though maybe thats also were i'm getting these spam like message from recently... i got this one that had the text below in it, and it was from "fathersymeon@gmail.com" (very similar to my gmail address (ie has a "father" in front)). I was actually in the to list, but maybe bcc. And the thing that made me think it wasn't quite spam as much as a mis-directed email, was it had photos attached (which gmail automatically shows a thumbnail of). Christmasy type ones, lots of snow cover houses, trees etc, one of two guys pushing something along (a making a path in the snow or something), and then one of these dude with a beard wearing "traditional" type clothing (i.e. mostly black (including headdress), and a green/gold section coming down the front), obviously "Father Symeon"...
