Stay home, idiot :-P I had bronchitis a year and a half ago and continued working. It nearly turned into a lunginfection and I had antibiotics to make me better, but the point is.. a lung infection, or something similar, is lifethreatening. Not something to be trifled with. So be smart, take some personal time, get healthy, let people ask you questions over e-mail if it's really important but don't work yourself to literal death.
