This week's been really quiet, so mostly just make work.
Also been off call, so feels like my free time is really mine :)
I just made and ate curry, a sort of chicken Korma with spinach and celery too (yum) Only trouble is, whenever I make curry sauce it always tastes more of tomato than anything else... ah well, green curry ftw!
