The only bug I saw when Jazzy was putting the CNs in (and I was sat next to her for a lot of it) was that they were actually switched on before the announcement was made. Iirc the only 'broken' part was an issue with picking new colours - basic board functionality has been unaffected.
Regarding the jumping back to the top of the page - I think Memo's got it spot on. If your browser caches the page, it takes you back to where you were. But because the board changes fairly rapidly it's set to not cache it to disk, so it has to reload when you go back to it, hence losing your place. -- Miguel.
