and I've been at Como for the past 8 years but always on a year by year contract. That's actually better for me in one way because if they declare it a clear vacancy then its open to all and sundry and they'll put some permanent teacher in there with greater seniority just because they want out of the crappy school they're in now. Como is in too much of a leafy-green nice suburb to pass up for most people.
