To the notion that you think "she" might be innocent... Seriously, no way. Even having talked to a guy on the internet, live in the same house? NO WAY.
SHeesh Robert seriously. No f*cking way, women don't think like "oh I've talked to the guy on IM and I've seen the photo on pictures and I'll bet it's okay now!", that's a guy's way of thinking cuz guys are less likely to be sexually assaulted, filmed with hidden webcams, etc etc.
At least, I've never met a woman who wasn't over-cautious when renting a room from a private person. And as a student, I know plenty of young women who were looking to rent rooms, and I've searched for one myself.
