...should not be allowed to play serious racing games without having a proper working knowledge of racing rules and regulations, ability to race and a sense of right and wrong.
My Gran Turismo 5 Prologue experience has been tarnished by idiot kids who can't hold a driving line, don't like you passing them so they ram you, don't know how to drift or pass on the inside or outside.
But my single biggest beef out of all these is that they think it is acceptable to ram/swipe you when you try to pass them! Thus throwing you into a high speed slide and they keep going. Games like Gran Turismo should not be allowed to be owned and played by children unless they have passed a real world driving test and understand how to race properly.
What is funny though is watching them stuff up a simple gentle high speed corner where a little tug on the steering is enought to get you through. They wrench it over and spin out and off the track, or right into you driving line at the last second thus taking you with them. It is incredibly easy to hold a straight line in GT 5 as the physics are real world (or close enough) so why do they do this? Answer me that one.
