Dummy, I'd really like to know where my seanellery.com stands as far as the move to a new webhost stands. I've read your blog and looked at servage.com website (aussie company huh?) but so far want to ask...
is my seanellery.com on the vizaweb or servage servers - how can I find out?
has/will the domain name be transferred off vizaweb or not? - am I likely to lose seanellery.com if not..?
what's the ftp and webmanager access to this new server?
what's my password/s?
what about the sean@seanellery.com email? - it still seems to work on vizaweb but won't let me login so I guess it's not really.... how do I change it, or do I just set up another email account with the same name on the server eventually?
I know all these should be asked through email and I've done so but I have no idea if anything is getting through to anywhere at present
