Goes to a customer who claims that everyone around her is hacking and spying on her via the power lines. She claims to have installed a virus monitoring program on her PC to see what everyone is up to in her apartment block. She even unplugs the PC when not in use (even tho there is no internet connection at all) and thinks that the PC powersupply comming on for a few seconds when the machine is first plugged in, is definite proof of the spying and hacking intentions of those around he in their apartment blocks.
