Well, e-mail insight, actually. I've always been curious how Outlook can send and recieve e-mails since it's a computer-based program and not a web-based one. After hours of trying to get the whole shebang established and spending about $52 USD calling my ISP tech spport to resolve a remaining issue, I've finally figured it out. ($1.95 a minute! Unbelieveable!) But, yay me! I almost figured something out on my own!
