we all have a physical age that kinda matches the number of candles on the cake each year.
but what's your physical/health age?? :+P

my actual age = 40
but my health age = 36!!! (yay) - if it's higher than your actual age that means you need to get more exercise/eat healthier etc etc.
of course mentally I'm somewhere in my late teens early 20's... :+P
