In the future, don't let ImageShack do the coding for you. If you say you want it for a forum, it will give you BBcode, which we have never ever used here. You need plain vanilla html. <img src="url of image"> to embed the picture in your post, or if the pic is large like that one then <a href="url of image">Look at this rad, hip and happening pic!</a>

You can obtain the url of the image by right clicking on it and selecting "copy image location" (in Firefox etc) or "properties" then copying the location in IE. With ImageShack, you need to make sure you get the "http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/3590/trsevsymbolflipxx5.jpg" form of the url, NOT the one which has "my.php?image=" in the middle, as that takes you to a page not directly to the image. which means it won't work in the <img src=""> tag.
