Sorry this advise on Allergy is sipmly wrong. I am/was a major allergy sufferer, for decades.I was taken aside by a UK based/trained GP who advised the following. We are all allergic to various things, I am of British heritage am allergic to wheat-diary and some other proteins.(We all are) The human body is like a sponge, it will absorb and counter until it hits saturation then it reacts. So if a regular human just understands their normal simple allergies, wheat etc. reduces intake, and allows room for the spring pollens and animal dander etc. Life returns to a healthy balance,,Why complicate matters avoid the known and handle the unknown, that is how the body functions. If you need further clarification, I am willing to advise you. My life is now great, and no antihistamines makes life better. They do cause nasty life altering effects which you fail to mention.
