The iPad works fine at work on the network there. The local techie said they'd had to make some 'adjustments' to get it working but he reckoned all should be ok at home as well. (which merely rang alarm bells for me... our school network is satan's spawn at the best of times...)
I can connect to my wireless internet router at home OK. Can access the internet on Google Chrome app (but not Safari) but that's it!!
I can't get itunes, app store or any pre-installed app that requires a login or server connection to work.
I thought signing up to an apple id might do the trick, but nope... it just will not connect...
any ideas anyone...?
Oh, and if you're going to suggest anything technical, assume for arguments sake that I know NOTHING about Apple products that might be considered useful or intelligent or that I have hardly any clue how to use an iPad yet... because you'd be right...
